• Exclusions
  Tipping is expected from anyone providing your service e.g. Coach Driver, Local Guides, etc. It is mandatory to tip a nominal amount of EUR 3 per person/per day. For the entire duration of this tour which is 13 Days, the total Tips amount is Euro 39 per person to be paid to the Tour Manager on Day 01 of the tour.

  Any expenses of personal nature such as porterage, laundry expenses, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menu provided by us, minibar, telephone calls, etc.

• Payment Policy
  Booking amount is minimum Rs.30,000 per person if booking is done 45 days before travel.

  Within 21-45 days of travel minimum 25% booking deposit is required to confirm the booking.

  Within 21 days of travel 100% of the amount is required to confirm the booking.

  Passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure

  You can pay using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, SWIFT in adhereance to Income Tax ACT.

  We charge non-refundable financing fees for overdue amounts: 1. Financing charges: 1% per day of pending amount, compounding per day 2. Processing charges for financing: 5% per week of pending amount or INR 10,000 per week, whichever is lower; from 2nd week.

  We reserve the right to cancel your trip without notice after due date. Any cancellation costs will be borne by you.

  If the above-mentioned payment terms are not followed, we will not be held responsible for any change made in the package itinerary due to non-availability of flights, Hotels, Ferry etc.

  There might be an increase in total package cost offered at the time of bookings in case the payments are not received by us as per the terms mentioned and the extra cost need to be borne by the guest.

  We will never ask you to pay in a personal account. Please always pay using our website or in our company bank account.
• Cancellation Policy
  The Tour can be cancelled 30 days before travel by paying 10% of the tour value as cancellation charges.

  Within 15 days - 30 days of travel the tour can be cancelled by paying 50% of the cancellation charge.

  Within 15 days the tour is completely non-refundable.

  Please note the tour cost is a combination of EUR component and INR price. The EUR component for the tour is 1200 EUR (currently taken at a ROE of 87 per INR). If there are any changes in EUR and ROE (Rate of Exchange) of EUR to INR increases beyond 90 at the time of travel, the difference will be

  payable extra and collected at the time of balance payment.

  In case of any visa rejection, the initial Rs. 30,000 booking amount will be charged and the balance will be refunded.
• General Notes
  The hotels used in the fixed departures are usually located in the outskirts of cities (typically 15 - 18 km) from the city center.

  All tours and transfers shall be done in an AC coach.

  Breakfasts served in the hotels shall be strictly continental breakfast only (unless mentioned otherwise).

  It is strictly not allowed to eat or drink in the coach. Please keep the coaches clean.

  There are no porters available in Europe, and passengers are expected to carry luggage themselves.

  The drivers, bell boy, hotel/restaurant staff, tour managers, waiters have to be treated with high respect and dignity through out the tour.

  Tipping is mandatory in Europe and in order to expect good service please ensure that the drivers and tour manager are tipped as per the tour (EUR 3 per person per day). The tips shall be collected by the tour manager during the tour directly.
